Nitrogenous Fertilizer Solution

AN-18 is a liquid nitrogen fertilizer containing 18% total nitrogen (N). Half of this (9% N) is immediately available as ammonium nitrogen, while the other half (9% N) is immediately available as nitrate nitrogen. It is applied to the soil at rates of 10-20 L/ha during the early to mid-growing season using drip irrigation, sprinkler irrigation, subsurface drip, or center pivot systems. It can also be applied foliarly using a sprayer at rates of 0.25-0.5 L/ha or 0.25-1 L/100 L of water.
