Urea Plant

Production cost in urea pant has formed ammoniac input substantially. Plant provides its main energy expense there. Investments providing economy in steam in urea unit can be performed, but no economic value will be for investment unless there is no excess steam cost, investments providing economy in steam can be made. So, it is aimed to satisfy bottlenecks in plant in renovation works in urea plant and to provide increase in capacity of 1.700 ton/day to 1875 ton/day.

In parallel with modernization works in ammoniac plant, partly renovation works have been made as renovation of high pressured stripper and putting high productive tray at Urea Reactor to provide increase in capacity in urea plant.
