History

ISTANBUL GUBRE SANAYI A.S. (IGSAS) has been founded as a Public Enterprise in Korfez distinct of Kocaeli in 1971.

IGSAS that started its production of ammoniac and urea by completing plants in 1977 after being laid the foundation in 1974 has been purchased by Yildiz Yatirim Holding A.S. on 18.24.2004 under coverage of privatization.
